We have the CBRs. They consist of food and essentials in emergencies. The training is provided through our P.R.O.P. that is Professional Resource Outreach Partners.
Women of GoodWorks is a 501(c)(3) public charity under sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Women of GoodWorks supports the DMV (DC, MD, and VA) communities in the areas of food assistance and distribution, clothing, referral assistance for jobs, healthcare referrals, media outreach, and support for women, children, seniors, and families at risk. The organization forms strategic alliances with other nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, and government agencies to provide information, education, and referral services for those individuals who have temporary needs, and for those who are economically underprivileged and have long-term assistance needs.
This organization also provides back-office administrative support to other non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and government entities to raise funds to provide assistance for those in need. All donations are tax-deductible under Internal Revenue code 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).
